Mr. Dermer is a seasoned entrepreneur who earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Stanford University and his law degree from Santa Clara University. Mr. Dermer has a multi-faceted career in business including a successful sales career with a Fortune-500 electronics company, Arrow Electronics in the mid-1980's. In the late 1980's he founded Better Image, a chain of hair and skin treatment clinics with both company owned and franchise locations. Dermer's franchising activities spawned Emerging Solutions, a marketing and distribution company he co-founded. The company provided specialty chemical products to an international network of dealers. After a successful sale of both businesses in 1999, Dermer joined the executive team of Silicon Evolution, a specialized wafer manufacturing company which was acquired by a NASDAQ listed company in 2001. Mr. Dermer is a partner in the Dermer Law Firm, which was founded by his father in 1975. Mr. Dermer's chief areas of practice include business transactional law, taxation and trusts and estates.

For more than eight years, Mr. Clark owned and operated his own successful retail skin care clinic. Prior to that, he managed a multi-location franchised operation with over 40 employees and managers and reported directly to the President of the Company. He has extensive experience in the retail, restaurant, entertainment and medical management fields. In addition, he has a well-rounded and extensive business and management experience. Mr. Clark attended the University of Central Arkansas from 1980-1983. His passion for the Business Brokerage started when a family member relied upon Robert to solve their business-related issue. Mr. Clark has had a sincere passion to bring his experience and optimistic spirit to small business owners ever since. Mr. Clark prides himself on being a flexible and easy-to-work with individual. He values integrity, competence, and diligence and strives to bring those values to his clients. Robert enjoys golf, basketball, snowboarding and time with his family.

Mr. Parker has been a lifelong resident of the South Bay Area, having grown up in Los Gatos, where he still makes his home. Shortly after graduating from the University of California at Berkeley in 1986 where he received his undergraduate degree in finance, Mr. Parker became a real estate professional. His knowledge and extensive experience on the Commercial side of the profession have been built over a period of nearly twenty years. Mr. Parker’s expertise is primarily in the areas of commercial property and investment sales, leasing, development, and property management. Mr. Parker prides himself on openness and is easy to work with according to his colleagues and clients alike. He enjoys time with his family, travel and an active and healthy lifestyle.
